Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Return an Item:

  1. Email us at returns@athlora.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.


Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.


Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same process as returns and indicate the replacement item.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at returns@athlora.com with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
